Stage 1
Processing Set up
The processing department at Taco Visions is well-equipped with advanced equipment and technology to ensure high-quality results at every stage of production.
Advanced Workstations and Software
High-performance workstations from HP and IBM, equipped with advanced processing and graphic design software, help us execute the tasks efficiently and precisely.
Proofing Capabilities
The Xerox Docucolor 242, operating on Command Fiery 4.5 Rip supports both Offset and Lenticular printing. It provides calibrated and highly accurate proofs that reflect true-to-life colours.
Thermal CTP Plate Imaging
The department is equipped with a world-class Kodak Thermal CTP system with various features.
- Includes a Dell Server and Gecko 85 T plate processor capable of achieving a 10-micron dot resolution at 9600 DPI.
- An impressive hourly output of 22 plates.
- Prinergy PDF-based workflow for imposition, along with outputting 1-bit TIFF and CIP3 files to preset ink keys for the press.
- A variety of screening options, including advanced Staccato screening in the Rip.
Large Format Printing
The HP and Epson are 64” format printers that can handle large format printing. They provide precise results for large-scale projects via industry-leading ripping software, such as Kodak Matchprint Pro and Onyx Poster Shop 7.0.
Stage 2
Quality Control Setup
The quality control department helps ensure the standards of raw materials used across various stages, including prepress, press and post-press processes. It also brings precision and consistency in production. The department is equipped to test a wide range of raw materials such as paper, plastics and chemicals.

On-site Monitoring Tools
For the metpet, paper, plastic or other substrates to have constant LAB values, we have the Xrite SP-62 spectrophotometer on the shop floor that guides the printer. This setup helps us ensure that all raw materials and substrates meet strict quality standards.

Our printing setup includes advanced equipment and finishing options to provide quality results across a range of substrates.
Advanced Printing Technology
- The department is equipped with six-colour Heidelberg printing machines.
- These machines include an Online Coater, Interdeck UV and end-of-the-press UV and IR dryers.

Stage 5
Converting Equipment
We have an exceptional convertor for Paper and Plastic Roll to Sheet. This machine also includes a variable cut-off system and online corona.
